1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of the date your order was delivered.
- To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Products must be packed securely in original or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
2. Situations Covered by Full Return
We offer full coverage (including return shipping and refund/exchange costs) in cases where:
- You received an item that is different from what you ordered.
- Your order arrived defective or damaged.
- The product is substantially different from what was confirmed in your purchase.
3. Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item for reasons not listed above:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping fees vary based on carrier and service chosen.
- After we receive and verify the returned item, a refund (less original shipping charges, if any) will be issued, or an exchange processed.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Items will not be accepted for return or exchange in the following situations:
- Products exposed to corrosive substances or improper use.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage not present at delivery, or not in original condition.
- Returns sent without prior authorization from Tempther customer service.
- Returns missing original packaging or necessary protective materials.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if the request is received before the order has shipped and within the cancellation window shown at checkout.
6. How to Start a Return
- Contact Tempther Support First (Required): Email us at [email protected] within 60 days of delivery with your order number, item(s) and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Securely package the item with all original contents and clearly label the package if instructed.
- Ship the item back according to the return instructions provided. Keep your proof of shipping/receipt.
7. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item and approve the return, refunds are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Credit card refunds may take several days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s policies.
